Heroic Make-A-Wish kid blindsides Cena with chairshot
Professional wrestler John Cena is, ironically, recovering in a local medical facility today after an ill-fated Make-A-Wish visit, during which Cena was unexpectedly nailed with a steel chair by nine-year-old patient Timmy O’Malley.
Cena was expecting the this morning’s visit to be like countless others he has done over his career — but apparently his new attitude onscreen has drawn the ire of the children who once idolized him.
Little Timmy, who suffers from a rare disorder of the breadbasket, was hiding behind a door when Cena arrived for the visit, and then hollered “You can’t see THIS” as he nailed Cena with a steel chair.
Nurses who witnessed the encounter say Timmy then stood over a bloodied Cena and said: “Now make my real wish and do the job to Cody.”
