Professional wrestler Cody Rhodes has been receiving mixed reviews for his new tattoo — a colourful bird inked onto the left side of his face, which he says is a tribute to his late grandfather, a plumber.
The wrestler, once known as “dashing,” is now better known for the series of increasingly misguided tattooing decisions, starting with a multi-hued monstrosity on his neck.
While many fans have expressed dislike for the new face tattoo, Rhodes has reportedly received words of support from the likes of Perry Saturn, Baron Corbin and Brock Lesnar.
Rhodes said he is happy with his face art and quickly dismissed criticism: “At least it’s not a Pepsi logo,” he said.
