As World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) continues to lose its stranglehold on the wrestling business, the company is hoping to win back millions of fans by resurrecting the legendary Brawl for All.

Brawl for All 2, like its 1998 namesake, is a tournament that features professional wrestlers donning boxing gloves and flailing wildly at one another in a manner almost entirely unreminiscent of professional boxing. 

The wrestlers can also perform takedowns on one another during Brawl for All fights, although they seem to have much more difficulty doing so than during normal pro wrestling matches, for some weird reason. 

WWE honcho Vince McMahon said at a press conference that Brawl for All 2 will be “such good [stuff],” and then re-iterated for the fourth time in as many minutes that he has “never even heard of AEW, quite frankly.”

Brawl for All debuts on the October 11 episode of Monday Night Raw, during which the brackets for the tournament will revealed for these competitors: 

• Bobby Lashley
• Shinsuke Nakamura (fighting under his real name, Shiny McNamara)
• Samoa Joe
• WALTER
• Charlotte Flair
• Riddle
• JBL
• Nicholas
• Shane McMahon
• Kama Mustafa The Supreme Fighting Machine

The winner of the tournament gets the opportunity to be knocked silly by Butterbean at Survivor Series.
